After a 2.5-week hiatus, I hit up the treadmill last Wednesday. It was tough getting my rear in gear again, but at least the bulging disc in my back behaved. Today I started Week 7 of the C25K program and ran 28 minutes in row. Of course I use the term "ran" very loosely, as my efforts are akin to a crippled hippopotamus slogging through the mud. But I did it.
And I think I want a gold star.
