Jack Frost worked his winter magic last night. We woke up to a frozen world. Ice crystals covered every tree branch, every blade of grass. Autumn colors were eclipsed with sparkling white. The final remnants of summer -- a plastic slide, the rope to a swing -- were seized in frozen splendor.
Garry's camera lens captured the beauty of the elements.
Say what you will about sub-freezing temperatures, but I think this wintry display is breathtaking.

Great photos! I love the chain one. Isn't this frost amazing? I couldn't stop remarking about it all day. I think the boys were getting sick of me talking about it :).
It looks beautiful there! And what awesome pictures. Garry sure has an eye for good shots.
BURRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Much too early for this. The photos are beautiful. Garry could sell them as postcards or for a calendar!

Gary does such wonderful work. Too much talent rolled up in one guy. :)

The pictures are fabulous! I sure looks, um, cold though...
Beautiful! I told Jeff as we were driving home from church, "I should take a picture of this!", but all artistic thought were swept aside by the white chili awaiting us in the crockpot at home :) I'm glad you did!
Is the green picture a frosted leaf?
Wow! those pictures are amazing! Hope you're keeping warm :)
As with everyone else...I thought today was so stunning! How could anyone not just be in complete awe on a day like today.

We were on the beach...in the sun...not too warm, but sun on the Oregon coast is always a beautiful thing! Crazy that you were in the frost!
