My friend Karie did this on her blog. I wasn't tagged, but decided to do it anyway.
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I remember standing outside of Brother Mask's classroom early one morning, listening to you tell the story of the dent in your head from growing against your mother's hip. You mentioned something about Sam calling the braid on top of your head "the rope to the pit" or something like that. Details are fuzzy....
And then there were the late nights at BYU, hanging out in your room with you and Jenn, laughing at things like the dead cockroach pose. Or making magazine page envelopes to send letters to missionaries.
There are lots of memories there! Though I'd thank you if you would forget my disastrous seventh-grade hair. :D
I remember standing in line for the Paratroopers at Lagoon, Emily and Angie and you and I rode together and laughed at David who got stuck with the green-hair-crazy piercings guy. Good times. :)
This one is more Zach...I remember the day he beamed me in the head with that little board book during sacrament meeting. You looked mortified, but Lloyd & I thought it was so funny and realized we'd finally found another set of parents we could relate too.
I remember those fabulous sugar cookies you brought by when we didn't know each other very well, but what an impact they made because I was having a really hard time...which you didn't know.
And all the great ideas of yours that I have "borrowed" over the past 6-7 years.
I remember you dealing with the stress of being bitten by a rabid skunk by laughing and laughing in the emergency room as the doctors tried to figure out what to do.
I remember te first (or one of the first) times I met you, you hit me in the chest and wondered why I was such a wimp. You later found out that I had recently had my chest/ribcage reconstructed.
I also remember that you transposed a piece of music so that it would be in myt range all because you were so nice.
I remember coming to your apartment at BYU and helping you put your room together. Your mom could not be there, and it was a privilege to get to help you in her place. I remember all your SHOES!!!!! Amazing.
Baaaa Baaaa! That's all I can say about that!
I remember the sweetest visiting teacher ever bringing me scrapbook paper to scrap my daughters first birthday. Man, she loved you guys and would always want to take a walk to see "Hi-ee and Darry"
I remember having a family party up at Rocky Mountain Pizza (I think...) soon after you got engaged. You drove up from BYU and it was the first time I ever met Garry - and I thought your ring was gorgeous!
We remember...having dinner over at your place with our visiting Grandma. We got to experience Chicken Pillows (which are now a family favorite), and when we got home Secret Santa had left us 4 ice creams! Secret Santa's notes really made us bond to you and your family! We miss you SO much. Our new neighbors are not exactly used to the Milano cul de sac and are in no comapison to you! Hope your enjoying your new home!
i remember when your fam came over to our house and some guy was going to come pick you up on a date...so you said to not embarass you and to act normal. so, we pulled out the newspapers...and were all reading them. (and in reality, probably just ended up embarassing you even more) and then he came and picked you up...and when you came home you talked about how you had backwards initials and you were now referred to as "super babe".
ring a bell? :)
I have lots of memories, but the best so far is the lawn mower tragedy. I dare say the lawn mower recovered more quickly than your poor knees did. I was inside doing my hair (of course) and I heard you scream outside the window at the top of your lungs. I ran outside to find the riding mower head first in the ditch and you in Garry's arms with bloody knees. Seriously, I've never seen Garry move so fast in all my life. So, in true "Heidi Fashion" all I could do is run for the camera. We have some great pictures now.
I also remember a really unfortunate A-Line haircut that you received at Dallas Roberts in Provo about 8 years ago. Scarred for life.
Heidi,
How fun for me to find the Bartle Bulletin!! I've missed it over the last few years!! Here's one of my favorite memories.... You were out of town with your fam and coming home earlier then your parents so Johnny and Chad shoved me through the kitchen window and the fun began! We toilet papered the inside of your home leaving several empty rolls waiting for you on your door step! Just one of many awesome memories I have of you!
P.S. Your boys are adorable! I have 3 as well and am loving every minute of it!

Will always remember you playing with my kids that first Sunday we came to the Quatama ward.
And, of course, all the choir memories. My favorite was you, me, and Brother Carstens.
