Last week I got all fired up about fitness and posted this.
I had a pretty good week, although regular exercise is going to be a serious challenge (see what I wrote on my sister's blog for details). But I've done hard things before, right? I can do this.
Today I started a 90-day fitness challenge sponsored by Race Day Training. It is free, and I need a support group. Anyone want to join me?
It would help me to know that I'm not the only one chasing the impossible!

I am so impressed that you are brave enough to start something like this during the holidays. Although, that is actually very smart. You will probably be shrinking while the rest of us are blowing up around you. Feel free to mock us all, you will have all rights and privledges.

I know I should WANT to do this. Should I do this?? Hmmm....My main excuse for all of this is Brielle. But one 10 month old really doesn't compare to your situation, does it?

I'll be right behind you! Threw out my back and it's the last straw for me. Once I've recovered I'm determined to whip myself into shape. You go girl!
Good luck! Maybe I will be able to do something like this soon, goodness knows I need and want it! Stupid squishy belly and thighs like smoosh.
Okay. I'm in. I have a cruise to the Bahamas coming in February and this would be the perfect time to start losing weight and getting in shape. I checked out the 90-day challenge. It WILL be a challenge for me. I may modify a few things, but if I can just get started it would help! Plus, having someone check up on me will make me more motivated! So, keep me posted on what we can do together!
