Dear Elder Ryan James Dixon,Congratulations on receiving your mission call! We are so proud of you for being ready, willing, and worthy to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Thank you for letting us join the celebration over the phone as you opened your letter and found out you'd be serving in the Slovenia/Croatia Mission. It was such a thrill for all of us to hear you read those words! We will definitely miss you when you leave in three months, but we know you'll be busy doing the Lord's work. We love you!

Tell Ryan congratulations. If he ( and your family ) is interested there is a great restaurant here that is 100% authentic East Euro food. Mainly Bulgarian, but there is a ton of food from Serbia and croatia on the menu. So excited for him to go over there. He is going to need to start getting used to the most sour yogurt in the world. He will have it every day.
When I was in the MTC, the sisters next door to me went to that mission. They had a great experience! And, while I was freezing in the northern part of Eastern Europe, they were wearing sandals in the south part. What a great opportunity for your brother!
