Coach Garry and the Boys

Operation: Birthday Party was a success.  Gavin and seven of his buddies had a blast on Saturday afternoon.

The party had a sports theme.  Nothing suits Gavin better than running around and playing games, so that's what we did.  Garry suited up as a multi-sport coach, complete with whistle and stop watch.  He led the kids in some exercises and stretches, followed by relay races, an obstacle course, and parachute games.  The kids laughed and cheered for an hour, and then we had presents and cake and sent the kids home.  I didn't take a single picture of Gavin by himself. 

At the end of a very long and crazy week, it was nice to have a simple success.  I even got a clean house out of the deal.  Happy birthday, Gavin!
