On Friday Lexi became our fourth child to master a two-wheeled bike. Last summer, when her bike was new, she took a couple of bad falls and has refused to ride it since. But last week two of Lexi's little friends demonstrated their ability to ride on two wheels, so Lexi started complaining that we never let her ride her bike. Very funny, little girl! So Lucy showed her how to get started, and Lexi took off! I wasn't home at the time, so I missed the initial moment of triumph, but seeing the happy aftermath was good enough for me.
