I have been trying to decide how best to approach my own "disconnections" recently, and this sounds like a better idea than anything I've come up with myself. Thank you for sharing. Running doesn't sound strange to me, and after all, there is no danger of falling asleep, like I tend to do if I am still.GinaJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15092002133984747512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141117436603724178.post-5435777900766228542013-03-04T00:32:48.191-08:002013-03-04T00:32:48.191-08:00What a wonderful idea. As we speak my 8 year old still has not had lunch because he hasn't finished his morning chores. I struggle daily with motivating to do what he supposed to (among other things). He thinks crying and complaining will get him out of doing chores. I know I need more charity and compassion. I need to experiment with being more holy.Emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18155598047538457806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141117436603724178.post-71921207649152713952013-03-02T12:03:36.081-08:002013-03-02T12:03:36.081-08:00Heidi, this is so incredibly beautiful. I definitely identify with your feelings of disconnectedness (is that a word?) in certain places/times. I have definitely struggled (still am) with that. I love strengthening holiness in something small and simple. I'm totally joining you. Thanks for extending the challenge!Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08078682458950236579noreply@blogger.com
